This is a common remark made by clients after their sessions, and in a way, yes, you did make it up. The part of you that made it up is your subconscious mind and/or your Higher Self. These parts of you are constantly communicating with you and you either ignore them or your conscious mind (small self) argues with them. This is why they seem so familiar, they are “old friends” in a way, but “old friends” who you have been ignoring for most of your life. You’ve heard these voices so many times throughout your life that you think they’re you (and they are). What is happening in a session is that the conscious mind (small self) is sitting on the sidelines observing what your subconscious and Higher Self have to say. You are getting to the truth. One of my teachers says, “the small self thinks, the higher self knows”. This is a very good way to tell the difference between the two. As a result of a BQH session, clients begin to hear the difference between these two and to have a much better relationship with their higher guidance.
I made it all up
